Oh my goodness... It was the worst service I have ever experience with any accommodation around the world... Her attitude was unbelievable... We really do not mind if they are not able to accommodate the mattress request, but this amateur attitude is absolutely unacceptable. I absolutely regret to have recommended this apartment to my friends. They paid over AUD6k for five nights for a service like this?! Kelsey told me that they cannot cancel the booking because it is within the 60day period. I do hope the best of luck for my firends during their upcoming five-day stay in the apartment and I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone else... …
