Castle Gardens was built as an extension of Algonquin using rock and soil. This could have been done by excavating it from the bottom of the West River or from the construction site of the WTF center or possibly both. Influences The neighborhood's namesake is Battery Park in Lower Manhattan, New York City, incorporating the Battery Park's City Pier A, which became the Poop Deck in the game, and the brick-built Park Pavilions fronting Robert F. Wagner Jr. Park, between Battery Park and Battery Park City, significantly modified for the game. The design of the construction yard partially mirrors that of the South Ferry terminal. Visible signs of this similarity include similar design cues of existing buildings in the yard, as well as visible dock-like openings along complete structures in the shoreline, similar to the way a ferry terminal of this design appears. Large scale construction during the 2000s to improve links between downtown Manhattan and the terminal may also explain the idea of including a construction site in Castle Garden.

Pioneer Waterfront Apartments are located in Paihia, surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. Paihia Wharf, departure point for ferries to the historic town of Russell, is only 250 metres away. Booked the 2 bedroom ocean view apartment for a small group. The hotel manager Mark was super kind and accommodating. Location was only a short 5 min walk to get to the town centre (bars, restaurants, activities). The view from our apartments were incredible! I would highly recommend this place for all travelers. Great Location. Clean and cozy Chris&C Apartments Agia Galini Set in Agia Galini, Chris&C Apartments offers accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Each unit comes with a fridge, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with bidet and a hairdryer. Guests wishing to travel light can make use of towels and linens for an additional supplement. Beautifully and lovely apartments, great location, great view from the balcony. Super clean and just a very beautiful place. The host Chris is super nice and helpful and makes sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. We really enjoyed our stay! Artree Suites Fitted with a balcony, the units offer air conditioning and feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. A fridge is also provided, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. The hosts wife is super friendly and helpful. She welcomed us on arrival and sent me a list of what to do where to go etc.. Terpsis Lodge The air-conditioned units are furnished with tiled floors and feature a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, wardrobe, a living room, an equipped kitchenette, patio and views over the garden.
